The Hush Nest sells digital products only. We do not ship physical items, and there are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery times associated with our products.

DELIVERY METHOD

After your purchase is complete, you will automatically receive an email with a link to download your PDF. The email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

Most customers receive the download email within 60 seconds of purchase. In rare cases of high demand or email server delays, it may take up to 15 minutes.

DOWNLOAD LINK VALIDITY

Your download link is valid for 60 days from purchase and supports up to 5 downloads. We recommend saving the file to your device or cloud storage upon receipt.

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Gmail users: check the "Promotions" tab.
3. Add hello@thehushnest.co to your contacts to ensure future delivery.
4. If still missing after 15 minutes, email us at hello@thehushnest.co with the email address you used at checkout.
